The first time through I was most struck by the section where you cut back and forth between "Face the Raven" and "Heaven Sent," which so powerfully draws out the parallels between Clara and the Doctor (something that continues as they depart in their respective TARDISes).
On repeat viewings the structure of the vid really shines. I love the way the whole thing is framed as a flashback in which memory interacts with the present (the moment where she throws the screwdriver and he catches it: gorgeous).
I really love what you did on the line "the war almost won." Seeing them say goodbye, knowing that the Doctor is headed for Gallifrey... for me, though I thought "Face the Raven" was a beautiful sendoff for Clara, one of the painful things about that episode was knowing that the Doctor was about to go to Gallifrey and that Clara would just miss it and would never see the result of her actions in the Time War. So I love that your clip choice on this line highlighted that moment and explicitly connected it to the war.
