Do you think there are any major theories I've missed? (Just added a brief thing to the 'puppets' section, which is a theory I have seen knocking around before but has only gained some basis in actual canon since the prequel)

Oooooh I LIKE your theory! Particularly the phrase 'The first of the Time Lords' :-) That would all be fabulous, and I'm SO looking forward to seeing how the Moff ties it all together - surely SOME of these aspects have to come into play? The answers can't just come out of left-field?
