Weirdly, there's actually SO MUCH YELLOW in this season?? The Tardis interior is yellow, the sonic is yellow, there's a LOT of yellow light - I included a lot of it, but actually had to take some out because it was starting to look a bit silly! I meant to say how yellow is THE colour [for this season]. Of course you bring it out, but if I had to name a colour, yellow would probably be it.
RIGHT??? I am extremely tempted to make a Ten vid to DT's rendition of 'Sunshine on Leith', which is a song I've loved for years, but it's not quite the same because he is singing in *his* Scottish voice, not Ten's. Hm. Really will have to check em all out. (Had no idea they had recorded songs, so thank you!)

Doctor: "I've told you, stop it with this 'Lord' business. Never liked all that bowing and scraping. It's like the Castellan all over again." Gabriel: "Who Lord?" Doctor: "No one. Um. Let's just watch, shall we? There's some woman in America who's watched it like 700 times, so that's the record to beat! Plus, we'll have a sing-along next. And then we can dress up! I think you'd make a marvellous von Trapp. Unless we do a gender swap..." Gabriel (sotto voce): "Please no." Doctor: "What was that?" Gabriel (eyes fixed on the screen): "Nothing Lord." Doctor (grabs handful of popcorn): "If you'll go trying to bring about the end of the world, going against my ineffable plan, then you have to face the consequences." (beat) "Love that word, 'ineffable'. Sounds all fluffy, don't you think? Ineffable. Ineffable. In-effable. Hm, does that mean that 'effable' is a word? Well, I guess it is if I say it is!" (big grin) Gabriel closes his eyes. Doctor: "Ooooh!" (waves hands about) "If we do a gender swap, Beelzebub could be von Trapp, and you can be Maria!" (Looks around) "Sandalphon - you're the Mother Superior. Michael..."
OK, I need to go to bed. But this is the most fun ever. It might become a fic. Well, a very silly ficlet.
