I am trying to read the Doctor's 'revealing the Master to be a brown guy' to the Nazis as more of a, "Don't join up with Nazis because they'll turn against you because they're Nazis" thing, but it's not quite working. It is an uncomfortable gut-punch of a moment.
On the other hand, I loved every single other thing about this two-parter, including ridiculous laser shoes, Ryan flying a plane, Ada and Noor, Yaz being brave and determined, "and yet I find myself capable", Sacha Dhawan, Sacha Dhawan's face, Sacha Dhawan's microexpressions and his and 13's wonerful interplay and her eyerolls when he asks her to kneel.
I also liked that he was dressed and standing like the Second Doctor in that hologram at the end - maybe that's a nod to something? Idk.
